Performance and Customer Scenarios QA Engineer
Going beyond hardware and software capabilities

Responsibilities:

Main responsibility is to

1. Analyze test results in order to identify problems and suggest improvements to the software development team. Suggestions go from operating system level (tuning and optimization), hardware (RAID, hard-disks to use) as well as low-level code of the application
2. Act as advisor for application measurement performance and OS Stats
3. Create useful result documentation and metrics reporting as well as advisory reports with recommendations
4. Create and maintains Windows Active Directory business environments

Required attitude:

• Creative and inventive to find issues but more importantly to analyze and suggest improvements
• Precise, focused and technology oriented

Required skills:

• Strong background in Windows and Linux operating system
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, LDAP, Linux mailers
• Background in hardware (Raid, SCSI devices, memory, etc)
• Good knowledge in network protocols, services and hardware
• Testing the new product and ensure quality requirements are omitted
• Good command of English
